Demonstrated success in building and scaling outbound sales motions and scripts.

1 year experience working in a Saas environment required.

Previous BDR/SDR team leadership in a SaaS environment preferred.

Analyze and optimize the customer journey by creating nurture campaigns to improve conversion rates.

Monitor and report on campaign performance with granular tracking. Define success, measure success, adjust for success by managing operational metrics, and making data-driven decisions to continuously improve outcomes.Design, plan, manage, and optimize our integrated outreach campaigns across multiple channels (including Outreach sequences, LinkedIn messaging and video, and cold calling) to generate top of the funnel pipeline.Effectively lead team meetings, BDR training sessions, and data-driven 1-1s to drive continuous improvement.Coach and enable your BDR team to prospect effectively, generate quality, winnable pipeline, and advance their sales careers through ongoing development.Attract, recruit, develop, and retain a team of 7-12 Business Development Representatives who are focused on effective, targeted outbound strategies.You will work closely with the Sales and Marketing teams to ensure alignment with value messaging and target markets and accounts. You will have the opportunity to grow our team, design outreach strategies and campaigns, and build out the enablement platforms that your team will utilize. We are hiring a Business Development Manager who has the ability to support and coach a high performing team and contribute to our pipeline generation efforts.
